Selena Rodgers Dickerson
President and CEO
Selena Rodgers Dickerson serves as the President and CEO of SARCOR. She has advanced transformative projects, including pedestrian safety improvements on Arkadelphia Road in Birmingham, AL, and airfield pavement rehabilitation at Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport.
A nationally recognized leader, Selena has been selected for elite business and leadership programs including Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses and SBA Emerging Leaders. She has been appointed to the U.S. Department of Transportation Southeast Region Women in Transportation Advisory Committee and the National Women’s Business Council, and serves on Babson College’s Frank & Eileen™ Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Advisory Board. In 2024, she received the prestigious A.G. Gaston Award.

Greg L. Dawkins, P.E.
Gregory L. Dawkins, P.E., has over 27 years of experience in Traffic Engineering, including 19 years serving as the City Traffic Engineer for the City of Birmingham, Alabama, where he was responsible for the operation and coordination of 704 signalized intersections and two
coordinated signal systems, each comprising more than 100 intersections. His experience includes preparing and reviewing Traffic Impact Studies, as well as one-way to two-way street
conversions, Bus Rapid Transit projects, and traffic planning for new municipal facilities.

Mark Brown
Mark S. Brown is an experienced economic and community development leader with more than 30 years of business experience driving industrial recruitment, workforce development, and public-private partnerships across Alabama and the Southeast. He previously served as Regional Community Relations Manager for the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and held executive leadership roles at the Birmingham Business Alliance, where his work contributed to over 16,000 jobs and $4.9 billion in new capital investment across multiple industries.
