Our Founder and President, Selena Rodgers Dickerson, grew up with humble beginnings. As a child, she noticed that the more affluent neighborhoods had nicely paved roads and sidewalks. Parking lots were paved and well lit and subdivisions were designed to promote community. Upon establishing SARCOR, Selena recognized the need to change the dynamic and commit to servicing low-income neighborhoods with the same integrity as their more affluent counterparts. This is our foundation.
